• Kitchen Finks on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Kitchen Finks
2. Kitchen Finks' persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with zero -1/-1 counters due to Vizier of Remedies
3. Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, causing you to gain two life
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Kitchen Finks' power
5. Repeat
