Steps

1. Cast Lotus Petal from your graveyard for its retrace cost by paying and discarding a land card
2. Cast Chromatic Star from your graveyard for its retrace cost by paying and discarding a land card
3. Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Cast Life from the Loam by paying , returning at least two land cards from your graveyard to your hand
5. Activate Chromatic Star by paying , tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Chromatic Star triggers, causing you to mill three cards and return Life from the Loam from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat
