• Emry does not have summoning sickness
• "Artifact" chosen with Cloud Key

Steps

1. Activate Chromatic Star by paying , tapping and sacrificing it, adding
2. Chromatic Star triggers, causing you to draw a card
3. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Chromatic Star from your graveyard this turn
4. Cast Chromatic Star from your graveyard by paying
5. Mirran Spy triggers, untapping Emry
6. Repeat
