Prerequisites

• Matter Reshaper on the battlefield
• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Matter Reshaper
2. Matter Reshaper dies, triggering itself and Mortuary
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Matter Reshaper on top of your library from your graveyard
4. Resolve the Matter Reshaper trigger, revealing Matter Reshaper from the top of your library and putting it onto the battlefield
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Matter Reshaper's power
6. Repeat
