Steps

1. Activate Tromell by paying and tapping it, causing you to put at least six charge counters on Pentad Prism
2. Activate Pentad Prism six times by removing six charge counters from it, adding six mana of any color(s)
3. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying , untapping Tromell
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping it
5. Repeat
