Steps

1. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Asmodeus' first ability by paying , causing you to draw seven cards
2. The Locust God triggers seven times, creating seven 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Insects, adding
4. Repeat
