Steps

1. Cast Jace, Architect of Thought for which enters with 8 loyalty counters due to Doubling Season
2. Activate Jace's -8, putting it on the bottom of your library
3. Search you library for Jace and exile it, and exile a nonland card of your choice
4. Cast Jace along with any of the nonland cards you wish to cast
5. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Exile all nonland cards from all opponents' libraries and cast any of them without paying their mana costs
• Infinite storm count
