• Fatestitcher on the battlefield
• Freed from the Real on the battlefield
• You control an Island
• Freed from the Real attached to Fatestitcher

Steps

1. Cast High Tide by paying
2. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding
3. High Tide triggers, adding
4. Activate Fatestitcher by tapping it, untapping the Island
5. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Fatestitcher
6. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite blue mana
• Infinite mana permanents you control can produce
