• High Tide in hand
• Fatestitcher on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura on the battlefield
• You control an Island
• Pemmin's Aura attached to Fatestitcher
• available

Steps

1. Cast High Tide by paying
2. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding
3. High Tide triggers, adding
4. Activate Fatestitcher by tapping it, untapping the Island
5. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Fatestitcher
6. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite blue mana
• Infinite mana permanents you control can produce
• Infinite untap of permanents you control
