Prerequisites

• Unctus, Grand Metatect on the battlefield
• Fatestitcher on the battlefield
• Ioreth of the Healing House on the battlefield
• Fatestitcher and Ioreth of the Healing House do not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Fatestitcher by tapping it, targeting Ioreth of the Healing House
2. Fatestitcher triggers, causing you to loot
3. Resolve the Fatestitcher ability, untapping Ioreth of the Healing House
4. Activate Ioreth of the Healing House by tapping it, targeting Fatestitcher
5. Ioreth of the Healing House triggers, causing you to loot
6. Resolve the Ioreth of the Healing House ability, untapping Fatestitcher
7. Repeat
