• Monk Gyatso on the battlefield
• Planar Gate on the battlefield
• Soltari Guerrillas on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Soltari Guerrillas by paying , targeting itself
2. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Soltari Guerrillas
3. The Soltari Guerrillas ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target
4. Cast Soltari Guerrillas from exile by paying due to Planar Gate
5. Repeat
