Steps

3. Activate Overgrown Estate by sacrificing Universal Automaton
4. When Universal Automaton dies, Haru triggers, returning Universal Automaton from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
5. When Universal Automaton enters, Haru triggers, targeting Universal Automaton as it is a land due to Toph
6. Resolve the Overgrown Estate ability
7. Repeat from step 3
