Prerequisites

• Jon Irenicus, Shattered One on the battlefield
• Slipstream Serpent on the battlefield
• Assault Suit attached to Slipstream Serpent
• A player controls no Islands

Steps

1. At the beginning of your end step, Jon Irenicus triggers, giving control of Slipstream Serpent to an opponent who controls no Islands
2. When Slipstream Serpent's controller controls no Islands, Slipstream Serpent triggers, causing them to sacrifice it
3. However, Slipstream Serpent cannot be sacrificed due to its ability
4. Slipstream Serpent triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw
