Prerequisites
- Jon Irenicus, Shattered One on the battlefield
- Phage the Untouchable in exile
- Phantom Steed on the battlefield
- You have a way to prevent Phantom Steed from attacking without causing it to leave the battlefield if you have two or more opponents
Steps
- At the beginning of your end step, Jon Irenicus triggers, giving control of Phantom Steed to an opponent and goading it
- During the opponent's combat phase, they must declare Phantom Steed as an attacker due to it being goaded
- Phantom Steed's second ability triggers, causing the opponent to create a token copy of Phage that is tapped and attacking
- When Phage enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing the opponent to lose the game
- When the opponent loses the game, you regain control of Phantom Steed
- If you have one or more opponents remaining, you must prevent Phantom Steed from attacking without leaving the battlefield during your turn as it is still goaded, and failure to do so will result in you losing the game
- During your end step, repeat from step 1
