Steps

1. Activate Vizkopa Guildmage's second ability by paying , causing each opponent to lose life whenever you gain life this turn
2. Gain life
3. Vizkopa Guildmage triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life
4. Bloodthirsty Conqueror triggers for each opponent that lost life
5. Resolve a Bloodthirsty Conqueror trigger, gaining 1 life
6. Repeat from step 3
