Steps

1. Activate Vizkopa Guildmage's second ability
2. Gain life
3. Vizkopa Guildmage triggers, causing each opponent to lose that much life
4. Exquisite Blood triggers for each opponent that just lost life
5. Resolve one of the triggers, gaining life equal to the life that player lost
6. Repeat from step 3
