• Verdant Sun's Avatar on the battlefield
• Soul of Eternity in hand
• Vizkopa Guildmage on the battlefield
• You have the highest life total or are tied for the highest life total

Steps

1. Activate Vizkopa Guildmage's second ability by paying , causing each opponent to lose life when you gain life this turn
2. Cast Soul of Eternity by paying
3. Soul of Eternity enters the battlefield, triggering Verdant Sun's Avatar, causing you to gain life equal to Soul of Eternity's toughness
4. Sanguine Bond triggers, causing each opponent to lose life equal to the life you gained
5. Each opponent loses the game due to having zero or less life
