Prerequisites

• Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith on the battlefield
• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• Prototype Portal on the battlefield
• Vault of Whispers in exile

Steps

1. Activate Prototype Portal by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of Vault of Whispers
2. The Vault of Whispers token enters the battlefield, triggering Toggo, creating a Rock artifact equipment token
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Vault of Whispers token and the Rock token, untapping Prototype Portal
4. Repeat
