Prerequisites

• Halvar, God of Battle // Sword of the Realms on the battlefield
• Dockside Extortionist in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Opponents control at least five artifacts and/or enchantments
• available

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure tokens
3. Activate four Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Sword of the Realms' equip ability by paying , attaching it to Dockside Extortionist
5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist
6. When Dockside Extortionist dies, Sword of the Realms triggers, returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to your hand
7. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dockside Extortionist's power
8. Repeat
