Prerequisites

• Sigil of the New Dawn on the battlefield
• Dockside Extortionist in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Opponents control at least five artifacts and/or enchantments

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least five Treasure tokens
3. Activate four of the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist
5. Sigil of the New Dawn triggers, causing you to pay to return Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to your hand
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dockside Extortionist's power
7. Repeat
