Prerequisites

• Ruthless Technomancer on the battlefield
• Dockside Extortionist in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Opponents control at least five artifacts and/or enchantments
• available

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure tokens
3. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dockside Extortionist's power
5. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying and sacrificing a Treasure token, returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
