• Reiterate in hand
• Opponents control at least seven artifacts and/or enchantments

Steps

1. Cast Heat Shimmer by paying , targeting Dockside Extortionist
2. Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying , creating a copy of Heat Shimmer targeting Dockside Extortionist
3. Resolve the copy of Heat Shimmer, creating a token copy of Dockside Extortionist with haste
4. The Dockside Extortionist token enters the battlefield, creating at least seven Treasure tokens
5. Activate six Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Repeat from step 2
