Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least eight Treasure tokens
3. Activate seven Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Memnarch's first ability by paying , causing Dockside Extortionist to become an artifact
5. Activate Drafna's first ability by paying , returning Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield to your hand
6. Repeat
