Steps

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, putting a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder
2. Activate Scampire by paying , returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure tokens
4. Activate four Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
5. Repeat
