Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least four Treasure tokens
3. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist
5. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying and sacrificing a Treasure token, returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
