• Revel in Riches on the battlefield
• Opponents control at least ten artifacts and/or enchantments

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least ten Treasure tokens
3. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Revel in Riches' second ability triggers, causing you to win the game
