Steps

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, causing you to scry 1
2. Activate Havengul Lich by paying , allowing you to cast Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard this turn
3. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
4. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least four Treasure tokens
5. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
