Steps
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, adding
- Dockside Extortionist dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay
to return Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it - Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least two Treasure tokens
- Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding two mana of any color
- Repeat
