• Dockside Extortionist in hand
• Lithoform Engine on the battlefield
• Distorting Wake in hand
• Vedalken Orrery on the battlefield
• Opponents control at least ten artifacts and/or enchantments

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least ten Treasure tokens
3. Activate the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Cast Distorting Wake by paying
5. Holding priority, activate Lithoform Engine's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying Distorting Wake
6. Resolve the copy of Distorting Wake, returning Dockside Extortionist and Lithoform Engine from the battlefield to your hand
7. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
8. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least ten Treasure tokens
9. Activate nine Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
10. Cast Lithoform Engine by paying
11. Repeat from step 5
