• Tradewind Rider on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Dockside Extortionist in hand

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying its mana cost
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it and Intruder Alarm trigger
3. Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least two Treasure tokens
4. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures
5. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Activate Tradewind Rider by tapping it, Dockside Extortionist and one other creature you control, returning Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield to your hand
7. Repeat
