Steps

1. Cast Whip Silk by paying , targeting Displacer Kitten
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Dockside Extortionist
3. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least three Treasure tokens
4. Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
5. Activate Whip Silk by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
6. Repeat
