Steps

1. Activate Soltari Guerrillas by paying , targeting any creature
2. Horobi triggers, destroying that creature
3. Repeat
4. You may also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield

Results

• Destroy any number of creatures
• Lock
• Destroy each creature that enters the battlefield under an opponent's control
