• Frenetic Efreet on the battlefield
• Karplusan Minotaur on the battlefield
• The Book of Exalted Deeds on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate The Book of Exalted Deeds by paying , tapping and exiling it
2. Activate Frenetic Efreet an arbitrarily large number of times by paying
3. Resolve a Frenetic Efreet ability, causing you to flip a coin
4. Karplusan Minotaur triggers
5. If you won the flip, it deals 1 damage to any target you choose
6. If you lost the flip, it deals 1 damage to a target of an opponent's choosing
7. You cannot lose the game due to this damage due to The Book of Exalted Deeds, and Karplusan Minotaur cannot be destroyed due to its indestructibility or protection
8. Repeat from step 3
