• The Meathook Massacre on the battlefield
• "Zombie" chosen with Engineered Plague

Steps

1. Cast Rot Hulk by paying
2. Rot Hulk dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
3. The Meathook Massacre triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life
4. Rot Hulk's enter the battlefield trigger is put onto the stack
5. Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger, returning Rot Hulk from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
