Steps

1. Cast Volcano Hellion by paying
2. Volcano Hellion enters the battlefield, triggering itself
3. Holding priority, activate General's Regalia by paying , choosing to redirect the next damage Volcano Hellion does to you to Spitemare instead
4. Resolve Volcano Hellion's ability, dealing an arbirarily large amount of damage to Spitemare
5. Spitemare triggers, dealing an arbitarily large amount of damage to target opponent
