Prerequisites

• Marrow-Gnawer on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Ayara, First of Locthwain on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Marrow-Gnawer
• Marrow-Gnawer does not have summoning sickness
• You control at least two additional Rats

Steps

1. Tap Marrow-Gnawer, sacrifice another rat, to create 2 1/1 Rat tokens
2. Thornbite Staff triggers, untapping Marrow-Gnawer
3. Ayara triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life and gaining you 2 life
4. Repeat
