Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Ashes of the Abhorrent on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Ashes of the Abhorrent trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the Ashes of the Abhorrent trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
6. When the Wurms die, Ashes of the Abhorrent trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life
7. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
8. Repeat
