Steps

1. Cast Omni-Changeling by paying due to Morophon
2. Choose to have it enter as a copy of Honest Rutstein
3. Put Honest Rutstein into your graveyard due to the legend rule
4. Omni-Changeling triggers, returning Honest Rutstein from your graveyard to your hand
5. Cast Honest Rutstein by paying due to Morophon and Omni-Changeling
6. Put Honest Rutstein into your graveyard due to the legend rule
7. Honest Rutstein triggers, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
8. Repeat from step 4
