Steps

2. Cowardice triggers, returning Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield to your hand
3. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying
4. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least three Treasure tokens
5. Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
