Steps

1. Activate Garth by tapping it, causing you to pay to cast a copy of Black Lotus
2. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying , attaching it to Monk Gyatso
3. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying , targeting Garth
4. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Garth
5. Activate Black Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it, adding three mana of any color
6. Cast Garth from exile by paying
7. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying , targeting Garth
8. Monk Gyatso triggers
9. Choose not to airbend Garth
10. Resolve the Lightning Greaves equip ability, attaching it to Garth
11. Repeat
