• Evolution Witness on the battlefield
• Delif's Cone on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it
2. Szarel triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters equal to its power on Evolution Witness
3. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Delif's Cone from your graveyard to your hand
4. Resolve the Delif's Cone ability
5. Cast Delif's Cone by paying
6. Repeat
