• Tarrian's Soulcleaver on the battlefield
• Delif's Cone on the battlefield
• Tarrian's Soulcleaver attached to Evolution Witness

Steps

1. Cast Delif's Cone by paying
2. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it
3. Tarrian's Soulcleaver triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness
4. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Delif's Cone from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the Delif's Cone ability
6. Repeat
