• Twiddle in hand
• Dual Casting attached to a creature that does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Twiddle by paying , targeting the creature with Dual Casting attached
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate the creature with Dual Casting attached by paying and tapping it, copying Twiddle targeting the creature with Dual Casting attached
5. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Resolve the copy of Twiddle, untapping the creature with Dual Casting attached
7. Repeat from step 3
