• Dual Casting on the battlefield
• Desperate Ritual in hand
• Dual Casting attached to Torchling
• Torchling does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Desperate Ritual by paying
2. Holding priority, activate Torchling by paying and tapping it, copying Desperate Ritual
3. Resolve the copy of Desperate Ritual, adding
4. Activate Torchling by paying , untapping it
5. Repeat from step 2
