• Psychic Puppetry in hand
• Desperate Ritual in hand
• Dual Casting attached to a creature you control that does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Desperate Ritual by paying
2. As you cast Desperate Ritual, reveal Psychic Puppetry from your hand and pay to add its effects to Desperate Ritual
3. Holding priority, activate the creature with Dual Casting attached by paying and tapping it, copying Desperate Ritual, with the copy also having the effects of Psychic Puppetry
4. Resolve the Desperate Ritual copy, untapping the creature with Dual Casting attached and adding
5. Repeat from step 3
