Steps

1. Cast the creature with MV>=4 for its blitz cost by paying
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature, adding one mana of any color
3. When the creature dies, it and Mortuary trigger
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting it from your graveyard on top of your library
5. Resolve the creature's trigger, causing you to draw it from the top of your library
6. Repeat
