Steps

1. Cast Essence Flux by paying , blinking Eternal Witness
2. Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Lonis
3. Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Essence Flux from your graveyard to your hand
4. Resolve the Lonis trigger, creating a Food, a Clue, and a Treasure token
5. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat
