Prerequisites

• Cloud of Faeries on the battlefield
• Eternal Witness on the battlefield
• Illusionist's Stratagem in hand
• Panharmonicon on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying , blinking Eternal Witness and Cloud of Faeries and causing you to draw a card
3. When Eternal Witness and Cloud of Faeries enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger twice each
4. Resolve the first Eternal Witness trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the second Eternal Witness trigger, returning any other instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand
6. Resolve the first Cloud of Faeries trigger, untapping up to two lands
7. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least
8. Resolve the second Cloud of Faeries trigger, untapping up to two lands
9. Repeat
