Prerequisites

• Displacer Kitten on the battlefield
• Eternal Witness on the battlefield
• Lotus Petal in hand
• Jeweled Lotus on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it, adding three mana of any color that can only be spent to cast your commander
2. Cast Lotus Petal by paying
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness
4. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard to your hand
5. Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color
6. Cast Jeweled Lotus by paying
7. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness
8. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Lotus Petal from your graveyard to your hand
9. Repeat

• Infinite colored mana
• Infinite storm count
