• Flickering Hound on the battlefield
• Defiant Salvager on the battlefield
• Crimson Kobolds in hand or in the graveyard

Steps

1. Cast Crimson Kobolds by paying
2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Lurrus
3. Resolve the Crimson Kobolds spell
4. Then, activate Defiant Salvager by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds, putting a +1/+1 counter on Defiant Salvager Repeat
